Report a translation problem
As per other instances of these threads, the program is not malicious, can be fully removed on a basic uninstall (at least in my instances, though it isn't uncommon for programs to not completely remove its own files on an uninstall). You information isn't being harvested, and if you're honestly this concerned about anticheat software you probably wouldn't even be connected to the internet.
It is difficult to remove because you need to go into your system registry to completely uninstall it.
There are different versions of the software. Some have anti-keylogging and anti-virus protection built in. If it's patched properly you shouldn't have control issues.
I'd look up a guide or two. I've never had issues with it, but it's your choice whether or not you wish to remove it from your computer.

Its not a false positive, as it exactly does what a root kit does. It enables root access for a n alien account.
