PSO2 is PAY TO WIN!! <- LMAO Do you know what that means when referring to PSO2?

Pay to win in PSO2 has NOTHING to do with Gear. Pay to win in PSO2 has EVERYTHING to do with standing in a lobby and afking while wearing the most expensive outfits and using the most expensive Lobby Action/Emote. In fact, there's a PvP mode (which is coming with Steam release) and in that mode your character is level 1 with no gear. And the gear you get in the PvP mode is RANDOM. In fact, you can't even pick your class. It's all RANDOM.

SO WHAT CAN HAVING THE BEST GEAR DO FOR YOU?

1, you can carry your friends in all the content since PSO2 is a PvE game with NO RAIDS
2, you can try you hand at Weekly Time Attack Rankings
3, you can create self challenges for yourself like clearing urgent quest as fast as possible. (since it's a self challenge no one will care)

That's it. There's nothing else you can currently do with End Game gear. Later on we'll get a mode called Endless Mode and you can try you hand at that which is similar to Time Attack Rankings.




PSO2 is a DRESS UP SIMULATOR, not a Korean MMO where you spend hours grinding mobs, raids, bosses. End Game is the outfits!

Soulworker is pay 2 win, This is nothing abouut that. in soulworker u have a stress u can exceed buying items and nonsense cash shop. this is fully F2P , u can buy cosmetics. u cant buy power, u cant buy runs, u cant buy weapons, u cant buy armor with cash, dont lie dudes.
and about endgame cosmetics... thats for younot for me., You have challenge modes . now u will have pvp content, wtf play pso2 get it a try and talk later.

With money you can get them almost instantly.
I'm not misleading anyone, I've never said that you can't farm anything from cash shop.

Exactly this. It costs me like 20k for some, and no more than like 200k for something like noble casting. Which I can easily purchase from a player after doing a couple client orders from the Frieza-in-disguise in the cafe.

You are doing exactly that. Trying to push your ignorant understanding of what you feel P2W is by trying to deter others from trying the game. And really, I wouldn't even consider it -farming- since you can get the money through playing the game. Why would you log on a game if you aren't going to play it?

Yeah because kill a boss with 250% RRD + 100% tri boost (daily + 50% boost) usually drop you at least one which making most of them dirt cheap, some if top tier affixes aren't dirt cheap but cheap enough for you to buy in bulk after a week playing
And since it's THAT cheap, everyone can get them instantly, stop trying to spread lies

at this point the term P2W is a loose term, so PSO2 is P2W is just your opinion. why don't you let new players decide that this game P2W or not rather than fearmongering and chase them away from this game. every example that you give is like a child looking for an excuse that they are right
