We've all had those moments about not knowing about the dungeon guardian. Tell your most embarassing moment in Terraria here. The dungeon guardian is what made me the laughing stock.

When I accidentally broke plantera's bulb without knowing what would happen. it was shiny I thought I could have it.

when i used the supicus looking eye to see what would happen. i had no armor and died.

Me and my friend were trading items and we kind of blew up half of our house (good thing we just started), he clicked the wrong button and there was a lit dynamite at my feet, I think that was the fastest we ever moved outside of a boss fight.

But several minutes later I was working on making a basement using dynamite and I hadn't taken into account that it was to close to the house, so I ended up blowing up part of the house again.

HAving sticky bomb selected in my hotbar after mining metors. Happned 3 times. I hated myelf the rest of the day.

Found a dynamite for the first time in a cave, wanted to show it to the friend I played with, meet up with the friend, wanting to show the dynamite, instead of drop it I toss it, slow reaction, think of why I or him couldn't pick it up, next thing I know it blows me up, friend laughed, the dynamite range is far enough and reach the lava deposit above him, he got fried.

Yay for the magic of failing to understand basics!
Spending about 5 minutes trying to cut down a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ tree because i thought all of the tree was one tile ( i was impatient and hovered my mouse up and down the wood )

Was using bombs to explore the underground jungle, accidentally blew up a larva in a hive. Got impaled by a certain massive bee right after.

Tried to wall myself in a small wood box underground so I could afk on my friends server. Finished the box, about to get up and leave, and I lagged a bit so a yeti got trapped in there with me. Panicked and trying to select my magic boomerang to kill it, I selected the ever so conveniant (now stackable) bucket of lava by mistake and flooded about 2 squirts of lava into my box. Tried to grab my molten pickaxe to break the wall (I pick up items on the cursor to use them sometimes) but the lava killed me and the yeti both before I could drain the lava. As the pick was on my cursor it dropped upon my death. I go down there to retrieve my pick and it was gone along with about 10 gold. (Alot at the time) I've used shift-clicking to dig/mine ever since.
