Terraria for the Nintendo DS

I was just browsing the e-Shop today and Terraria was one of the featured games on the list. I was caught by surprise, although what really surprised me was its price. $20 for the DS version, while the PC version sits at a comfortable $10. I also know there is a version for the consoles and mobile devices, but the DS version left me dumbfounded in more ways than one.

My question is: Why? Honestly, I'd like to know why. Why is it on the e-Shop at a whopping $20? Is it thanks to Nintendo and its ridiculous prices? They are known for releasing expensive barebone titles, but Terraria is so much more than that and yet it's right there with a outsanding price.
