Are blood moons more common in expert mode?

On my normal mode worlds I did not get a lot of blood moons however on my expert mode worlds I got them really often to the point where its like almost every other night. Is this just a coincidence or are bloodmoons more common in expert

Just rng personaly every night for afew game weeks was blood moon, eclipse ect.

oops yes xd I'm so used to call it full moon because in other game full moon is the like blood moon

Moon phases are left to RNGesus, at least thats what I think.

the moon phases change every day and follow a pattern, full moon, waining gibbus (apologies for misspell if I did), last quarter, waining cresent, new moon, waxing cresent first quarter, waxing gibbus, full moon. It follows that pattern all the time its not RNG
