I think it really boils down to preference. Think of the hellwing bow as a sort of minigun or machinegun. It's crazy inaccurate and per bullet isn't as great, but the rate of fire is crazy. I personally prefer the Bee's Knees. The homing bees as well as the initial damage from the first hit is pretty potent.

I think that the Bee's Knees is better, due to the bees and how much damage the first hit does.

I ended up using hellwing with hellfire arrows because it shoots much faster and WoF almost always has some hitbox that will end up getting hit.
