moded legendary weapon not dropping

i have 100 golem treasure bags and i AM in revenge but yet no aegis blade.
why dont i have it??

I believe the Aegis Blade drops from Golem itself, not the Treasure Bags. Either way, you’ll need to be in Revengeance Mode to get any Legebdary Weapon.

Aegis Blade is a direct Revengeance/Death Mode drop so will never drop from Treasure Bags, same as every other Legendary drop, like the above post said. Use a Defiled Rune if you want to increase the drop chance (from 1% to 5%), though of course it will half your HP and buff the boss, but it's not like Golem should present you any serious issues in the first place.

i does drop from him self and i spawned 20 at a time and killed then when i got the 100 bags i was wondering why i did not get the blade. and ik i am 100% in revenge mode.

t'would seem you're just unlucky. A 1/100 chance doesn't mean it will always drop by the 100th kill.

if it's a 1% drop then there's approximately a 36.6% chance to not get it in 100 kills, so odmejsss just got a little unlucky.

you have as much luck as a Pokemon trainer who got a Magikarp as his starter (but then again he does let you skip a trainer battle in one of the old games so... he sucks in any other game tho)

Golem can be cheesed... and I can't beat Plantera even with friends AND Moon Lord items IN NORMAL!
