Can corruption/crimson spread through dungeon blocks?

Yes, my bad. So if an ebonsand was planted onto a dungeon block, would the dungeon block soon be corrupted as well?

No. Only grass, stone, sand, and ice can be Corrupted/Crimson'd/Hallowed. (Jungle grass can be Corrupted/Crimson'd in Hardmode only as well)

As long as the wall between corruptibles is 5 blocks thick, then nothing can spread through. In the dungeon's case the wall of blocks is thicker than 5 blocks (unless there has been faulty world gen) so world evils and the hallow can't spread through the dungeon. Please correct me if i'm wrong. Hope this helped!

ok, but i did figure out that evil can spread under it, so if you want to be extra safe, build a hellevator from the dungeon
