How do i stop Dune Splicers when in my antlion farm?

you dont, they will always be a nuisance you cant REALLY get rid of...unless you relocate your npcs to the desert so they low the spawn, but then that will low antlion spawns too

might i also ask why you are farming antlions of all things? arent there more profitable things to farm...

Well, you can set up a 2x2 tunnel, with the roof as spiky ball traps and the bottom filled with a thin layer of lava. That'll severely injure or kill most dune splicers that come up from below your farm, and the same idea can be implemented around the rest of the farm as well.

are worm enemies affected by lava? I've seen some just go through lava with no damage at all...

Not sure actually, I'll do some testing to find out. Either way, the spiky ball traps would work. I'll reply with my findings on worms and lava here in a bit.

I don't think Worm enemies spawn if you're in front of Player Placed Walls.

Enemies can't spawn in front of the walls, but if you yourself just stand in front of them (they're just behind you and not anywhere else in the farm), then all enemies except Worms should spawn.

Alright, I can confirm that lava doesn't damage worm type enemies. Spiky ball traps however, most certainly do.

In the underground desert, thats only one of my farms. ok maybe i should have just called it a underground desert farm...

You can use it for the problem this discussion is about: Dune Splicers and Tomb Crawlers are Worm enemies.
