I can't find Flower Boots...

I searched a half of underground Jungle but I haven't find any Flower Boots! I need bait for Angler Quests! I have Sitting Duck's Fishing Pole but it's trash without bait! :/ Help me... How do I find them? I do not want to go to another world... :/

You can fish in the jungle for jungle crates and pull them out of it...
(Btw, you can get more bait almost anywhere.)

I can sympathize with the OP here... Flower boots are a massive pain to get sometimes. They seem to be REALLY rare. Sort of like water walking boots. That said, if you need bait... there's actually a much better method of getting bait than flower boots. make a long, flat line of mud, and a row of some other block 4 spaces above it giving you just enough room to walk along the mud, and put jungle grass seeds on it. when the jungle grass spreads acrosst he mud it will begin to spawn plants and large bushes. the bushes have a very high chance of spawning a grubby, sluggy, or buggy when broken using a pickaxe.
