NPC's insane aimbot?

Hey all, so is it just me or do the enemy looter camp NPCs have insane aimbot? How do you guys handle these guys?

Keep your distance from the Guard Tower, those defenses add a distance bonus to their skill level. Looter's most likely are higher level shooters.

Destroy their towers and frag or flame their range characters.
Most player's just nuke the camp with molotovs and don't fuss with particulars.
