You can check if a character is fully healed by looking at his picture in the down right window. If it shows any bandage signs, injuries are not fully healed.
The higher the skill of the medic applying the bandage, the faster is the healing of the wound.
If someone is bandaged, a better medic can apply a better bandage.
Cloth heals wounds extremly slow.
Certain items reduce stats too.
Leg armor = -1 Fitness
Bulletproof Vest = -1 Stealth
ye it depends. If you just bitten that wound heals faster ingame then a shot in the leg with a shotgun.
But level 4, when you actually use bandages, you should be good to go.
level 5 medic is fastest yes.
I recommend having Melee units carry leg armour. And then wear it during combat. A leg armour that is active used takes away like 16 Pounds max weight, but just having it in backpack is only -5.
I guess you could alter time movement via manipulation of game files. Altough I have no direct insights on the performance of the game on high popolated maps over 4xtimes speed.
