I don't think that's programmed in the game. She isn't really pregnant in gameplay terms.

Yeah but as my first reply stated I don't really think the game programmed in proper pregnancy yet so she can't really give birth.

But when she's going to birth, you can take off her clothes, she has a big tummy. When she gets in a building, the system will ask u find 5 total Medical level men in with her, at the same time, she will lose a little blood then.
