How do you build a Still?
I had lv5 construction and a toolbox but no option to build still. Anyone?

find a bottle of wine an empty one seems to open up the option for it

I am in a new save and it's happening again. I have a bunch of empty wine/vodka bottles, a toolbox, and a lv5 construction skill. No option for a still in the building menu.

am update changed that, I think. You don't see the option to build anything unless you collected all types of need materials.
