Removing tree stumps?

Is there a benefit to removing tree stumps other than to build there? I mean, do trees grow back if the stumps are left in place?

I don't know an exact time frame but it is quite a long time, like a full season or so, you can chop them down again before that but you will not get the full amount of wood for it, less or more depending on how long you wait.

Each season has 3 parts, early, mid, and late. Each part lasts 2 weeks, so 6 weeks or 42 days.
