"Relationship" quest bugged? Game unwinnable?
I'm trying to finish the game doing the quest that tells you to ask your people what's up and to start a relationship, several of the people in my community have given me quests to do things like feeding rabbits or drinking with them, so I completed all those quests and kept talking to my people but the progress bar stopped moving and one day just completely reset to nothing.
I have no other quests, so how can I beat the game now?

I am also having the same problem. The quest will stop progressing after the "finding the Ex part" and eventually the quest just rest.
Try to start a new game a few times with same result.

You need their approval of you to keep getting higher to progress to the next stage, try giving them gifts (do you have a brain scanner?)

Not sure why it reset, could be either the person died, or they tried flirting with you unsuccessfully. If you refuse or fail their dialog/quests they will have a FlirtedUnsuccessfullyWith memory and stop trying to flirt with you.

Approval goes up when you ask "What's up?" right?
I was doing that everyday and with the brain scanner it looks like their approval is maxxed out in the upper right corner.

The person didn't die, nobody in my community dies because I fight the looters myself and the infected die from my pit traps.

I'm wondering if burying and eulogizing dead people that were from other communities had negative effects. (there were a bunch of dead people just lying around and I decided to bury them to clean up the place)

I also didn't refuse or fail a quest

Bob mentioned that ... "YOU need THEIR approval". Remember, the brain scanner in the hands of your main character does not show YOUR respect/approval, so you have to place the scanner in the other characters inventory and scan YOUR main character, then you can read where the "pip" is located and really anything can cause your MC to lose respect or approval over a fellow community member.

Since you mentioned that you do all the looter killings, then everyone loves you but if your other members don't do any killing (or other approval/respectful acts) then your MC won't have any memories of them doing that stuff and any good memories they had could just fade away.

Share the love and respect and see what happens and don't play the MC all the time.

I obviously do have their approval if the brain scan shows the approval is in the upper right hand corner, they also say I'm their hero, MC also tells others things like "me and X have a connection".

Also, to clarify, I don't literally kill every single looter myself, but I do most of the fighting to make sure my people don't get killed.

Furthermore, I have gotten the FEMA quest before playing the same way as I always do, but I got the fake FEMA and ended up deleting the save file and starting a new game.

I was thinking you MC needs to approve your new lover. If you place the brain scanner in the your new lover's hand and point it towards your MC, where is the pip located? You might need the love to go both ways, not just one direction, perhaps?

EDIT: ... Bob could verify that, I was thinking that's what he was talking about.

Yeah same thing happened to me, I flirted with them, did the hang out quest then the ex quest and then after that no matter how many times I chose the "what's up" option nothing would happen (and I had the pip maxed out in the upper right corner) so I moved on to another girl and tried again 4 times in total lol, maybe the save was bugged?
But I hadn't thought about what my character thinks about them (tho he did say he felt a connection) I'll try that tomorrow maybe that was the problem
Also imo there should be a new option just to flirt instead of chosing "what's up" and it randomly happening lol

The first and only time I got the FEMA quest, I only did relationship quests with one girl, I'm wondering if starting multiple relationship quests ruins it.

I have another problem: when I try quest "Feed the rabbit", and I actually feed the rabbit with carrots, quest doesn't go away. The girl says "It's adorable", but nothing happens. I tried killing rabbit, feeding another rabbit - nothing happens, quest is stuck, and if I go back to homebase to relax, it autofails the quest after passing some time.

Do you wait for the rabbit to get right up to you and feed it by hand or do you throw the carrot?

You feed it by hand, you talk about how cute it is, you decide to let it go. It takes a minute you have to be patient and wait for all of the dialogue.

I throw the carrot. How do I make the rabbit come closer to me anyway? Whenever it sees me it runs away, it comes closer only up to certain distance while I'm crouched. But then it either sees me or girl who has a low stealth skill, and again runs away.

Girl says "That's it, let it come closer" and rabbit just goes away, if I stand still.

I tried to "feed" the rabbit too many times now, it looks like the quest is bugged. Is there any way to complete the quest via editor or console or something? Really don't want to lose all my progress, and want to complete this run without starting over.

It doesn't matter if the rabbit sees you as long as you have a carrot equiped and don't move at all
Just crouch with a carrot in your hand and don't move, the rabbit will slowly get close and you'll get a feed option once he gets close enough
