Looter/raider inside a car

I dont know why but i found out a looter inside a car but he never comes out its kinda annoying cuz my followers always interrupts their tasks because of this one dude inside a car LOL

Already did that... but nothing.

He won't come out if he can detect you.
Your best best is to leave him alone for now, eventually he'll leave to find food/pee. If you have a Radio you can watch his icon on the map, or you can send your NPCs away and you sit there is stealth (green tree) and wait. Once he thinks it's safe he'll leave.

He eventually had to pee after 2 hours real life time xD he got incinerated and burned to death xDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD

I once chased a raider chick across the map just to "capture" her lol. The things I had to do to protect her from dying. I had to reload quite a few times because she wandered into zombies territory and got herself killed easily(she's injured). I had to wipe out the blue zombie town, white zombie town, green, blue and a white horde. She fainted from hypothermia. I picked her up and put her in an abandoned camp. Light up a camp fire to warm her up. Trade her inventory with water and food. And yes she did hide inside a damn van for a long time. I brought along a tent to camp out (haha).

After awhile you kind of got bored...well she's now a part of my super soldier squad. All of them are maxed out, much sexier and taller. I'd like to think all of them undergo the super soldier program similar to Captain America. They "took" the super soldier serum. So that is why I set their stats to maxed out. All equipped with rifle, katana and a ton of ammos. It's some of the fun things you can do with the debug mode.
