Share your preferred slider settings here?
It takes a fair bit of experimenting with sliders to figure out exactly how they effect spawns, especially their impact on late-game, so it'd be nice if people with custom slider settings they feel are well-balanced and enjoyable could share their favorite settings here.

Instead of deciding everything on start up, the sliders effect should recalculated periodically so that players can change things mid game.

set 1% refugeee 1% zombie pack 1% raiders 0 day spawn is close to vanilla settings but still they sometimes overspawn

100% everything besides roads which i set to between 30-40 % i find with that it makes a road that goes straight through the map. zombies which i set to green 70 blue 20 5 red 5 white 0 leg injurys 3 day respawn and then everything else to max like rivers rabbits loot and stuff

some things should be decided on startup (such as road, building density, community density etc) but other sliders should be able to change gameplay mid game such as spawns

As for my own most recent favored sliders, I still haven't decided my preferred map generation sliders, but I went for 200% on most things like rivers, and world props and towns, but for zeds I make it about 70% blue, 20% red, 5% white, and 5% green with 1 day respawn.

Still haven't had any towns get fully respawned from what I've noticed though so I'm not sure what 1 day respawn does for zed spawns.

I find green antigens too common considering you have 7 days to get one if you're bit, so considering they're the easiest I find them to be little threat even in early game. I like blue strain the most as they're not too spongy even with weak weapons and because having one day to find antigen feels the most "classic" in terms of how long it takes to turn, and as blue antigen is fairly rare it makes it more stressful if you don't already have antigen on hand, but still a fair amount of time to scramble to the nearest town to hope for a cure, and they're worth stocking up on for your community rather than just selling like I do with greens.

Red is pretty much guaranteed death on bite unless you already have the antigen in your inventory or stocked somewhere close, and white/invi is guaranteed death no matter what, so those I still keep fairly low.

And I agree, being able to change spawns mid-game (or have zeds automatically change in frequency from greens to blues, etc.) would add a lot to the dynamic and would let you make it feel more balanced as you level your skills and are better armed and capable of actually handling hordes of white strain with enough planning.

Being able to make it so towns fully repopulate with hordes of infected would also be nice. Would increase the weight of supply runs as I only have a limited time to get what I can before I have to deal with the town being infested again, and make forming armed supply run groups more necessary rather than sending individuals once you clear it by yourself.

Could also make it a repeatable quest friendly settlement leaders give you, like "hey, we need x town cleared of zeds, kill all infected in the zone pls"

I make 100% white strain and make them all 100% with damaged legs so it's more like the Walking Dead like setting. I leave rivers at default and turn the loot, camps and random looters, traders etc. to max and turn looter camps to 25%. invisible strain at 1%. Respawn set at 1 day. Makes for a great time!

you need to set the respawn time to 0 days and they repopulate towns regularly
