So the cook made suspicious meat stews, and a visiting trader commented to my character that the Cook was putting suspicious meat into the stew. Then the next day around the ole campfire a fight breaks out between the cook and another character in group. All the character said was "I've had enough of you' and then ultimately killed the cook, so I don't know if the fight was because of the cannibalism or not, but I certainly didn't try to eat the suspicious meat after that.
This works surprisingly well to my advantage... They'll have to eat the meat cooked by the cook... And the NEXT cook will have to cook the previous cook!.. And the cycle will continue.
It's like poetry, it rhymes.
if you get a brain scanner you would see the slow decline but obviously it gets offset by the good things you do.
so yes it will drive them away but it takes a while depending on their moral.
