¿Where can I change the language of AOE 3?

no posible to change if you read the game page the language of the game is only english.

It is possible to get the same patch for german? When i use the patch that i found, the game doesen´t start. Because the instalation was broken. What can i do?

Currently the only language available on Steam is english. I am investigating several other builds internally here to see if we can get any othrer localizations up in the future, however for the time being just English.
