what do the symbols in the "select level" thing mean?

if you go into selected level and hover your curser over a level itle show some symbols, what do they mean? and for the ones that show the fire alarm and fire extinguisher mean? when they are glowed up does that mean you got all of them in the level or is that showing that they ARE in the level (if lit up)

Basically, the fire extinguisher one means you emptied each extinguisher in the level.
Same with the fire alarm one.
Then for the chess piece, you have to find one or more chess pieces in certain levels, when you find a piece click on it, once you find all of them you can click on a computer located at the reception at the start of most levels. Once you do you have to finish a game of chess. (also the chess pieces glow)
Then we have the blueprint. Blueprints are hidden across different levels like the chess pieces, except you only need to collect them by clicking on them.
And the last one is constellations, these are in secret rooms usually hidden in shadows, once you enter them you have stand in a spot to align stars to look loike an item.
