Can't Log In

Am I the only one getting an error when trying to log into the game? It gives me an error code 1057 then when I do get on i can't craft anything because it says i have negative amounts of resources.

Same, it's been happening to me for the past two weeks, but i can't even get into the game at all. It's just the error code at the loading screen.

I emailed the game developers and they fixed it pretty quick. Send them a screenshot of the error. They even fixed the resources thing.

I'm still waiting to have this corrected after about four days. Sent two emails with screenshots, but no word back yet. Does anyone have a solution for this or do the developers have to fix this issue?
Anyone else still locked out at the moment?

It's been about 4 months for me and I have not gotten a response still. Reinstalled it yesterday and it worked, but when I relaunched with full screen the error appeared again and everything I've done hasn't worked. Uninstalled and reinstalled again and still got the error.

Their site claims they're the "#1 Mobile Horse Game", which at this point is a lie given their lack of assistance.

that is currently happening to me too. i contacted foxiegames about it after i got into the game and saw the materials in the minus section. to try something out i farmed some stuff and left and could go in without problem but the ressources remained in the minus section until i farm them down. and to mention i farmed before and the ressources say everything is on 1000 which is like not true at all-

I didn't fix it, essentially I just downloaded the mobile app and started new. Don't bother with the desktop version, it's awful, just trash compared to the app which has so much more well more of everything

But the mobile app targets your wallet REALLY BADLY, and I am not a pioneer by nature. I do not want to have to start all over. I have the mobile version, but I've tried it and don't actually see why everyone likes it better. It does not appeal to me at all. (The fact that there are more people decreases it's appeal for me too; my parents don't let me talk to anyone else so it's just uneeded temptation.) What does everyone like about the mobile? More horses? Two-thirds of those horses are gem buying, and the only good parts are carts and adventure games. For me anyway. What I am trying to say is:

I DON'T WANT AN ALTERNETIVE I DON'T EVEN LIKE, I WANT IT FIXED IS THERE ANY WAY TO FIX IT?!!!

Please don't think I'm being rude. I'm simply upset that I don't know how to fix it. I am not yelling at anybody else but Foxie.

Only solution what I found (myself) is reinstall the game (as many times as it is needed).
