Report a translation problem
To be fair, it should not give sand pits on a map like that, since you only get the bricks on the snow (with no pits). If you pick bricks, it should just give bricks and random items.
Yea he could pick the other option, but you would still get the sandpits later, and if he was a new player he would be really confused.
It really doesn't matter that the pits could be ignored with proper planning. They shouldn't be appearing on a map without sand regardless of any circumstances. It is clearly a bug and it should be patched.
If it helps you can still get good points from the bricklayer and the mason on the no sand maps. On the otherhand reloading the game next day i got way easier maps and bigger variety of packs to choose from (not just sand pack or farmer pack). And while it doesnt apply to the speed run you can still make use of farm later on once you get plateaus.
I really doubt that the RNG has anything to do with loading up the game but if you're getting really unlucky with it then it may be worth trying just closing and opening the game again just in case it makes a difference.
