location of 30 memory shards?

Could someone help me find the 30 shards? I've already found 27 and I'm starting to wonder if there are even 30 scattered around the map ... I also never managed to open the door of the niphur tower.

Used this guide and checked every location, All 30 locations have been grabbed but I only have 29 shards????? Any one else run into this before? Is it a glitch?

go everywhere as many times as you have to go, because so far nobody has had this problem while following the guide.
For me the most complicated part was taking the key to the niphur tower to gain access to the last fragment I needed.
