Outfits from launch week

I purchased the game today, which is definitely in launch week as it's the first day it's available - I have not received the outfits that were supposed to come with the launch week purchase. Anyone know why that's the case?

It's available in the outfits section for you to purchase with Confidence. I know, I thought the outfit would be unlocked immediately when purchasing, but it's not haha

No, not the special ones for early purchase, none of the outfits looks like the special ones. Where did you see it?

It's the Wiztac outfits. they match the screen shot on the store page.

I don't have them either. Nor am I getting any achievements unlocked, including ones I really should have got, like "Finish act 1" when I've finished act 1.

I'm playing on Linux if that makes a difference. Seems plausible, but achievements work in plenty of other games under Proton, so I don't know.

I had to restart the game for them to unlock. Not the levels, just the application.
