Solid Measures: Craft some strong weapons?

So I've got to the part where I have to prepare for the raid and it says one of the optional steps is to craft some strong weapons. Any idea what this means? I have the hunters bow and the beagalite Axe, both of which are 5 stars, but it still doesn't complete. Any idea what the conditions of this quest are?

I don't remember that specific quest (and also geared-up quickly), but I'd try crafting just any weapon. It may just be looking for you to craft ... something.

Well, after I had both the axe AND the Shield crafted it popped, so I'm guessing it's both the axe and shield that are required, not sure about the bow though.

The Axe and Shield Ideas are rewards from the quest before, so it makes some sense to include them in the check for this optional quest step.

But not the bow, as its Idea comes from an optional open world chest.

I survived that thing without the weapons thanks to a bug but I wish I had felt like I had more time to get those weapons before the thing started.
