Where to get a guard token

I have like 5 gatherer tokens and 6 merchant tokens, but I can't seem to get a guard token. Where are guards? It seems everything in the foxel village is either a gatherer or a merchant..

They usually are patrolling at the entrances of a village. I only found them there, not outside of a village. They will have some sort of armor on. You can sneak behind one and drop the non-lethal trap that scares them on them, so they will drop the token.

They have shoulder guards on and no basket or pot or any sort of backpack.

And wear blue shirts. They'll be the ones standing in place, usually with their arms crossed in the villages.

Imagine if there was some kind of message in game that told you what to do before you picked up the quest.

When you get the quest that mentions needing the tokens, you are presented and example of each class type.

Gatherer - Empty basket on back
Trader - Basket full of supplies
Guard - Blue tunic/shirt

Guards will mainly stand guard at the entrance of villages, however, once tier 2 villages start to appear guards will accompany traders and gatherers outside the village
