How many hours of game play are available on average? What's the replayability like?

if you just go for the story it will take something like 20h and the game has 5 different races you can befriend and they have all differend lore but you cant realy befriend all in one save slot you go one full friend and the other races will hate you and you can try to approach some things different like befrient a different race

also I really don't think everyones game will be the same, the world is simulated so basically one clan go extinct and the other could possibly dominate - this is the type of game where you can replay it a few times (like kenshi)

hmm, 20h is short for this type of game.

@Warnoise that may be the case but we're a small team of only 7 people and the game will cost roughly $25 - I hope it'll be worth the price.

I see, for that price I have no complaints then. I was expecting it to be 50$~

Can you potentially ally with *any* of the other races or are some locked out?

Doing a raid-em-up bandit style with the lizards for example :D

You can ally with any of them

It really isn't. Other Adventure games with big world like Jak 3 or Ratchet and Clank are around 10 - 15 hours and those have AAA budgets behind them.

In my thread about this someone mentioned it can take 12-15 to complete the lore for each faction. You can only friendly one during each playthrough and since there's 3-4 factions I think, this makes it, if others are correct, more upwards of a 40-60 hour game? Not sure if it's accurate to the 12-15 for EACH faction, we'll have to see.

When you "finish" the main story can you continue to play the game or does it end and "roll credits".........

I like a good story in a game, but I LOVE....having a new universe I can meander around in for as long as I like.......ala Skyrim.FO3/4/NV.

20 hours times 5...so like uh....maths please dont fail me......100 hours? in total give or take. this is because you have 5 races to help, and all will be affected by random events making the experience different each time, so you have 5 playthroughs to pick a dominant race to help

devs have confirmed that when you finish the game it takes you back to the main world and you can mess around and play to your hearts content for as long as you like
