Can't deploy scouting lens
Just obtained the scouting lens outfinding. Says it can't be deployed. I'm stuck. Any help much appreciated.

Anyone have an explanation for this? I'm also stuck with it saying "Can't Deploy", even when I stand on the balcony that's open to the air with the two big white symbols around it.

Okay, for future readers: You get the outfinder and lens but aren't expected to use the balloon right away. First, you need to learn to use the lens to see hidden information.

The first thing you do is use the regular lens to see four floating yellow symbols in the landscape, and match them to symbols on the four stick-holders next to the balcony (there are five sticks, so you won't be using one). You can only see the sticks on the walls with the lens. So you need to use the telescope indoors, to look at things right in front of you, which is very counter-intuitive.
