horrible port
this is one of the worst ports ive seen in years.... why even bother to release on pc and make using a keyboard and mouse so utterly annoying?

It's for sure not a great port but it's on par for a Vita JRPG..

I always play ports with keyboard only and redefine keys to the same setup that I got used to so that I don't have to rememorize where those A, B, X, Y, etc buttons are each time. After redefining them to this scheme it works perfectly. So game works with keyboard just fine.

The port isn't even bad... literally every game from japan has ♥♥♥♥ keyboard bindings... Just change them. I use WASD for movement, numpad 7 8 4 5 as x y a b, camera as up down left right, q e for shoulders, IJKL for d-pad.

Although I wish there were more graphics options and high framerate being supported, there's literally nothing wrong with this port.

This is literally one of the best ports i have ever seen. It runs like heaven on my old ass pc and the controller works out of the box with no problems.

is it really that great? running the game at 1080p and 1440p resolution looks kinda crap on my 1080p monitor, i need to play at 4k to minimize jagged edges. i wish they made better AA

I really am having no issues with default controls, I don't feel they are particularly bad, just very... non-standard, but once I got used to it, I am going through the game absolutely just fine.

Yeah, they barely put in any effort into porting this. Probably saw this as a easy cash grab opportunity. Honestly I'm just happy that they ported the game to PC, we finally got a digimon game on PC that isn't DMO.

It's a pretty decent port, not horrible. Just rebind to ZXCV and everything's fine. Most RPG games use those keybinds anyway.

grab yourself a controller, cheap or something more mainstream from a console. Other than that I've played much worse ports.

Suppose you haven't played many ports then.

Keyboard and mouse isn't as bad in this game as you want to make it out to be. I'ts not perfect but it's not bad.

They probably didn't care too much about it since it's 2019 and most PC gamers these days have a game-pad. In short: Get a game-pad and your experience will be much better, guaranteed.

This is by far one of the better ports i've seen over the years.

My only gripe with this game is the utterly horrible texture quality. They should've used a better AA solution for this port.

They should've also given us a wider range of graphical options.

Other than that, the game is smooth, no issues whatsoever.
