Chapter 2 Final Log

For some reason the final log of chapter 2 (the writing below the mural, which talks about the vision at the end of the chapter) isn't populating. I've completed the chapter twice (and the full game). Is there some other requirement that I'm missing? I have all the other entries for this chapter.

Bit late for the OP, but maybe it helps others: I did not get the final log for chapter 2 until I found the first entries for ch. 3. After that, the journal was updated and chapter selection shows 100% for ch. 2

This is extremely helpful.
I thought I had everything played chapter 2 twice, as I was stuck at 96%. Entry indeed comes after you start Chapter 3, and do the first investigations.

As noted in the first statement, I've completed the entire game, which includes chapter 3.

In that case, my not very helpful reply modifies to: I don't know of other requirements.

Hanni or Hannai has a 100% walk-through with screenshots of all logs and notes, perhaps this helps tracing whereabouts you missed a note or log?

Anyone else still stuck on this? I just found this game and it's not moving past 96% for my chapter 2 either.

IIRC, the final entry for ch. 2 only activates once you unlock an entry for ch. 3.

Yeah, found it by trapezing along the waterfront, but now I'm stuck at 96% for ch. 3 and almost finished with 4. Why can't it just update with finished chapters so we know whether we actually missed something or not though? Why they did it like this makes no sense.
