Chapter 1 bug - Can't interact with bridge totem

Hi I've collected all 5 symbols from the red sticks but I am unable to interact with the totem pole so that I can turn the discs and unlock the bridge in chapter 1. It seems to be a bug because nowhere on the totem is there an interact icon at all (which I can see clearly in other people's video walkthroughs on youtube) :( Very frustrating! Anyone know a fix for this, as makes game unplayable?! I'm playing on windows10.

I cannot interact with the sun board. The hot spot does not appear at all for any of the interactive items unless I run back and forth at them numerous times mashing the A button. It eventually has triggered before, but just won't for that one.

This is reply i got from customer support - I haven't had time to try it yet but fingers crossed!

"This is certainly is a bug that is haunting you, but there are a few things that I would like you to try. Firstly, could you make sure that the “Vsync” in the Graphics menu is “ON”? Secondly, please check if you have any available updates for your video card drivers. If you do, please install the latest update and then give the game another try!

Finally, I can also recommend that you install the Media Feature pack for Windows 10. I'm having the same issue, at first I tought it was my computer since is quite old. I will try the vsync and probably uninstalling and installing again!

I am having this problem too. I have followed the troubleshooting steps and even uninstalled/reinstalled. I verified files with steam, but nothing has worked so far. I am unable to interact with the totem puzzle at the bridge.

I had the same bug. The only workaround I have found was alternating low/epic graphic modes.
In low graphic mode you can interact (hot spots are visible) but you can't make out the symbols and in the epic mode is the other way round.

oof. I had to open a ticket with Raw Fury and after weeks of trying to figure this out, they ended up having to have me replace my save file with one that had already passed the totem. After that I didn't have any glitches that were this bad. Thank you!

I turned Vertical Sync on and I still cannot interact with the bridge totem, and I have all five symbols in my journal/notebook. I was doing so well with this game, but hitting this wall is really disappointing.

Yeah I had to log a ticket on their website and they were able to move me past that point so I could keep playing. The rest of the game was worth playing, but it was frustrating
