Stuck at mechanical bridge chapter 2

I have found 5 symbols and I enter them in order from top to bottom and push the button. Nothing happens. I tried bottom up. Nada. I have searched everywhere else I can think of but can’t figure out what else to try. Can come one give me a hint please?

I'm stuck at the bridge too...I have all 5 signs on diary but I can't move the disks on the totem because I can't even interact with totem...what shall I do since I'm not allowed to rotate them?

I'm also unable to interact with the totem. Is there a solution to this? Running on Win 10 PC.

Edit: After insistently clicking on the totem's red button I was able to interact with it and solve the puzzle. I don't know if it will work for everyone but I guess it's worth a try.

as said by a friend on youtube, yo have to reduce video resolution and everything will work. so it happened really
