Can't turn in the "Stolen Ticket" quest.
Just started the Fatesworn DLC today, and I'm having trouble with the "Stolen Ticket quest. After talking to Godric Payne the first time, I followed started following Dolan Hardy. Attempting to pickpocket him got me caught, so I just got the ticket and ran. Now, after finding out who was TRULY at fault, I tried to return the ticket to Hardy. But he won't take it. I can't even talk to him; he just cowers in front of me. There's even a health bar above his head, like he's an enemy.

That means that the game thinks you're still hostile towards him.

Leave the zone for a couple of ibgame days or sleep a few days in the tavern and try again.

Didn't want to use violence, and trying to convince him to give the me ticket didn't work.
