Console commands to advance quests?

I'm doing the main quest of the Teeth of Naros, and I've collected the second Pteryx feather, but the quest still says to collect it. I tried sleeping for 4 days, and while that respawned the enemies AND made a loot bag appear, I can't interact with the loot bag.

Is there a way to open a console and advance a quest like you can in Bethesda games (and others, I presume, but my experience is fully with Bethesda games)? As it stands, the Teeth of Naros is impossible to finish, and all my saves before that were hours earlier. The autosave was right after the bug.

IIRC, the original version never had console commands, so I'm 99.99% sure that this version won't either. At least not right away (if ever).

You can unlock cheat mode and use that to mess with quest statuses.
