Have you collect items , gear and weapons with poison and so on and disassembled ??
Before I start disassembly items, I make a save point and check what I get for the things.
So I repeat disassembly until I will get pieces with properties and level i need.
Subsequently you can start to forge your equipment. And do not forget add the gems.
So, I have got my strong chakram with fire, a super sword with damage and chaos and a very good stave with ice damage.
For example, see the list of abilities/ properties part 1

You can add damage type with weapon gems. Just increase your skill enough to use them for crafting items.
i'd recommend max level capping to 40 then do dead Kel and have Fatesworn dlc
so far in dead Kel it only drops flawless mithrian components from chest and enemis wich is pretty nice
Just found a poison dmg handle wich works witt sceptre and chakram

I'm sorry, i misunderstood you. It was a really late time here.
There are crafting materials that add various effects, but some effects only exist in specific tiers. For example, handle with bleed damage exists only in "improved" and "flawless" tiers. I used this list when i tried to craft items. I'm not sure how complete it is, but from my experience it's mostly accurate:
https://amalur.fandom.com/wiki/Component
To get some rare components most likely you will have to dismantle item with such effect added using gem, or depend on RNG and reloading saves when sending NPCs on missions in Dead Kel DLC.
In this version you can go to Dead Kel DLC at any moment. It will not lock DLC level, and once your character reaches level 31-33 (i don't remember exact number) you will be able to receive flawless components from NPC missions.
40 hours in, and I don't have that many item mods that I want to use to "trivialize" the game, haha. I'm certain the loot drop has been nerfed compared to OG-reckoning. But well... I never went to Klurikon in OG-reckoning because I trivialized the game's difficulty. At least this time I have some interest in snuffing out Gadflow once and for all.
Another thing is I save all my most precious item mods for my 'endgame' gear. And I dismantle everything. If money really is a problem, I can just respec to a mage and nuke everything, that way I don't have to repair any equipment and just sell everything I collected (or at least dismantle the good items).
It's not so much the loot that has been nerfed, it's more like the chance to get the item mods through dismantling has been nerfed. Also, we get more items with multiple sockets now. So, I found that sometimes having a weapon with 3 sockets is better than my own crafted equipment. Although I haven't got Mastercraft yet.
Cloudy shards can be strengthened into pristine shards with 6 sagecrafting so worst case scenario just buy all cloudy then sleep and repeat. Shops sell blank socketed gear frequently, and they are in chests a lot too. The best gear you can make with blacksmithing early on is stacking 14% damage x2 and 19% damage x2 on everything. Two lightly wounded gems of 20% = 40% damage and there is no rng involved. 280% lightly wounded gear us enough to be a mini god. Yes blacksmithing at its super saiayan mode does 700% damage but if enemy has 10 hp and one weapon does 11 damage and the other does 11 million it doesn't really matter
