Respec of stat and skill?

I remember the original you cannot respec your build from warrior to mage once you pretty much picked a class or reached end game

will this one allow you to?

You can visit a fate weaver at any time which will allow you to respec

The first respec NPC is right after the tutorial...

For whatever reason, Agarth's Fateweaving services don't activate until after you've received the "services" tutorial pop-up, which might be why some people don't know he can respec.

Both games, the old one and the new one, you can respec
