Potential censorship

THQ Nordic published remakes of Spongebob and Destroy All Humans have elements of censorship in them. Spongebob removed fart noises when enemy robots are destroyed and removed and censored a topless mermaid sand sculpture. Destroy All Humans had a line removed from a mission as well as multiple lines and jokes removed from npcs in freeroam by limiting the use of the anal probe weapon to full charge use only. Will this game have censorship in a similar fashion? Will this post be censored because I'm bringing up this concern?

What would they censor? There were no anal probes in Kingdoms of Amalur iirc

well Spongebob is as far as i know a children series. So they censor a lot of stuff. If it is legit or not is another question.

KoA however is for the older audience and would get as of now (I am playing the original now and am not done with the game) a pegi 12 imo.

Thanks, though that isn't the same as a "we haven't censored anything" especially since that second answer did not include anything about dialog.

On a side note, I'm a little worried about the middleware.

What is there even to censor? Where i live the game was and is rated for matures (18+). As long as there isn't a sjw meltdown on twitter demanding changes, it's doubtful the game will censored in any way.

That would be shocking tbh. Lets hope THQ Nordic never gets an "ethics department" like Sony and Square Enix did.

Edit: Koei Tecmo also just censored their latest game Fairy Tail. Pantie shots got removed and replaced with a dark void. No word about it in the patch notes. And no, i don't own the game. xD

The fact that this thread has been up for a week and the devs haven't bothered to reply is worrisome. You'd think that if they hadn't censored anything that they'd be happy to say so.
