Dirt 5 / G25 Wheel

Hello,
Has anyone who owns Dirt 5 successfully got the G25 racing wheel working in the game?Mine shows in the game, when i hilight it to configure it, it kicks me back to the desktop... and suggestions?? Thanks

It should work,...my G27 does.

It should,yes, cause CM added "propper wheel support". But the reality is far beyond that. So...no...it doesn't work. And I don't believe that I ever play Dirt 5 with my G25. Maybe one day there will be a mod, made by the playerbase.

Hang on a bit. The latest news on their Discord channel says they are working on improving wheel support, adding additional content and requested features.

I have the same issue with my G25 wheel! It crashes as soon as I try to select the G25 as the input device!!

Your G27 crashes the game? Mine doesn't,...do you have more than on controller hooked up at the same time?

hi all.
My g 29 works after do this.
So have you try this steam setting?

right clic on dirt 5
property
controller
check the disable steam imput box
only the last two lines must be activated (steam controller and remote play)
restart steam and try

Hi fellows! I think I’m late but I wonder if any of you have solved the issue with the G25 and dirt 5. My G25 is detected by the game, the race starts but the wheel does not respond. I am only able to play with the gamepads. Any suggestions? Thanks!

I ended up having to buy a G27. G25, officially retired. shame, i love that wheel.

All racing games before Dirt 5 worked awesome for me with the G25. I think my fav was Dirt 2, which i still have and play, the G27 works with all the old ones for me as well.
