Session does not start unless players added before playlist

Hey there!
Here is a simple report for the Host Session screen.

- Hosted session
- Added a couple holes via custom playlist
- Clicked "+" to add shared keyboard user for player two
- Pressed "R" once to start game
Problem: The checkmark appears for both users indicating they are Ready, but the game does not start.

However, if you swap steps 2 and 3 and add the second player before adding the playlist, the game will start correctly.

I actually discovered this myself recently. Shouldn't be too much of an effort to fix.
