Failure to launch mutiplayer workshop content when creator plays as well.

Hi,

There seems to be an issue with playing workshop content with friend's if the creator course creator is playing as well--hangs at "Starting game" for the non-hosts.

Work around: Have each player (including the creator) start a single player game of the desired course using "Play-->Workshop". This will put them in a lobby. They should star the game on their own. Once it loads, they should leave the game.

After this process, starting a multiplayer workshop course with the creator should load properly.
