Problem Reports Forum
Use this forum to report any kind of problems you encounter while playing MiniGolf Maker
  1. If possible, include specific steps I can take to re-create the problem. Providing this info will significantly help me in identifying and fixing the problem.
  2. If you can't provide steps to re-create the problem, describing what you were doing when the problem occurred will also be very helpful.
  3. Many times, I will need the game's log in order to help me determine what is causing a problem. For the different operating systems, these logs are located at:
    • Windows - My Documents/My Games/MiniGolf Maker/Logs
    • Mac - Documents/Road Turtle Games/MiniGolf Maker/Logs
    • Linux - .local/share/games/MiniGolf Maker/Logs
    Each log file will have the date and time that it was created. You can email these files to support@roadturtlegames.com.

For critical, game-breaking bugs, I will try to move as fast as possible to release a hotfix update, typically within a few hours of me determining the source of the problem. Other non-game-breaking bugs will be dependent on the circumstances (how significant the bug is, if I have time to fix it, etc.)

When I fix an issue, I will respond to the problem report saying what version of the game the issue should be fixed in. The version number can be found at the bottom left corner of the main menu. If I successfully fixed the issue, please let me know! And definitely let me know if we did not fix it!
