What do you think?
I will fix the "Stroke Limit Reached" popup bug.
For scoring, when playing with a time limit, players who do not finish have their strokes set to the highest strokes of a finished player + 1 penalty stroke. To be consistent with that, I will change it so that if a player reaches the stroke limit they will have their strokes set to the stroke limit + 1 penalty stroke, so they will always have 1 more stroke than any finished player.

That's great news, thank you :)
This is now our Go To Golf Game, on game night, as you may be able to see, we've racked up a few hours :)
I've been able to improve it, but the issue seems to be solely caused by the animation rather than actual game logic. Fixing the animation would force a 100+ MB update due to how the game's assets are bundled together, so I have opted to do a smaller change that still leaves a few quirks with the animation, but does hide it appropriately.
Since this is not game-breaking it's not a high priority to push another patch, but I'll release one sometime in the near future.

I honestly thought I'd mentioned it in an earlier comment, but can't see it.
Thanks for all you're doing :)
We found another issue tonight (sorry) :)
We played in 3 player mode and we had a food delivery, so paused the game, sadly the timer did not stop.
We tried it a few times and it does not stop the timer,
Also, in Putts of Faith (Hole 18) it is very easy to get across the first floating islands, and get stuck on the 2nd part on the grey ledge, this happened twice tonight, once there it is impossible to go anywhere else and you end up just wasting your shots, this area needs to be out of bounds.
Lastly, many times we have had the ball bounce off the course, get "Out of Bounds" but the ball comes back into play and ends on the course, it happened to my Mrs a few times tonight, she wasn't happy lol :(
I hope you don't mind these reports?
"Pausing" the game doesn't really pause anything because of online multiplayer. There are some nuances that would need to be considered to improve this. It would not be valid to pause the Hole Timer during online play if only 1 player pauses, so the Hole Timer could only be paused if all players are local players. The Shot Timer could be paused when the player whose turn it is pauses, but that would actually open up a whole can of worms of code that would need to be changed.
I can look into improving that hole, but if you ever get stuck, you can press left on the D-Pad ("R" on the keyboard) to reset your shot at the cost of 1 penalty stroke.
Unfortunately there is not much I can do about that last one. There has to be some time limit to determine when the ball is out-of-bounds, and once that time limit is up, the ball's fate is decided, so to speak. I could add a lobby option for the out-of-bounds time limit, but increasing the limit would slow down play in all other cases. Detecting if the ball is going to roll back in-bounds is not feasible.

Thanks Kevin, I really appreciate you looking into these issues :)
We were playing with all players local, so that may make it easier to pause the timer too?
I understand it not working on ONLINE, I am sure we had the ability in other golf games, bit not sure if we had a timer on them.
I did not know about the LEFT D-PAD, so that may be very useful, thanks.
As for the last issue, I suspected it may be something like that, it's not a game breaker, well for my Mrs it might be as it only happened to her last night, but it happened 3 times lol
We love the game, so knowing any bugs will be addressed makes it even better.
Have a great weekend.
