MangaGamer doesn't have the rights to the console-exclusive arcs.

There are 10 of those. Combined with the 14 arcs that are available on PC, that makes for a total of 24 arcs. Only the Switch and PS4 versions have them all.

The Switch and PS4 versions of Hou are exactly the same.

Both boxes say "23本のシナリオをお届けします" which I think roughly means "includes 23 scenarios".

I guess this is good news for you! Seems like 07th-Mod is going to add all those branching paths into PC. As ItaloKnox announced, they are planning to add a branching path in Meakashi next week. This is all in addition to the sprite and voice mod that they do for all the released chapters. The link is an image to guide you through the chapters.

late but the Rei arcs + new unreleased arc arent the main story, the main story is the 8 chapters currently on steam
