i need tips for driving

I'm doing this on classic difficulty. searched a couple youtube vids didn't really help. I plan on completing this mission on classic difficulty but its a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ nightmare. Been on it for 2 hours sometimes I just spin out of ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ control or the turn smashes me into a wall. I'm also using keyboard and mouse to play ( i dont have a controller) dont know if its easier on controller. But someone please give tips before I smash my monitor

I'm guessing you are in race missions.

- While turning in curve's don't break while turning but before it.
- You can cut over grass some places like after first turn and after downhill drive. During the downhill however don't drive too fast or you jump in air.
- Accelerate on straight lines and body block anyone who is trying to get past you.
- There is a ram button (F) that should help but i have no experience on that, never knew it was there.
- Also there is scripted crashes where some of the leading vehicles crashes. Every lap 1-2 crashes.
- You need to be in best 4 after first lap, if not then there is high chance that you won't win.

It can take lots of try's and practice but i'm sure you will eventually get it. I don't know if its easier with controller but i did it with keyboard/mouse.

I got It After several attempts. Say something like 50 times. Stan gives you important tips. I think the most important and strategic one is cutting over the grass after the first turn. Also I suggest to restart if you arent in the third/fourth Place before the First lap ends. You will save a lot of time like this.

I didnt try with kb but I font think this makes a lot of difference once you master the control.

Never do long drifts
Never hold brake for more than 1 second. Just click it and release it while you steer your car.

When your car is facing the right direction, You can use A on controller (or X in PS/idk keyboard but it should be sth like a nitro push so maybe shift?) to push your car a bit in that direction, I didnt see this being mentioned anywhere but it's a life saving one. Imagine you oversteered a bit and your car is going to go around, just when its facing the right direction, push it with A a bit forward and continue with acceleration. You wont ever over steer again.

Also avoid crashing, specially after the first turn since as u crash into other cars, those ahead will get further away from you. Pass the first turn in +13 ranking, the second turn +8 and the next turn in which a car crashes at the +4 place and you will be fine for the rest of the race.

I just read the top comments and apparently the function that helped me alot was that RAM function, learn to use it specially at the end of the turns.

Stop with the "Just Drive Properly" , Give me a wheel , pedals, etc and GOOD Physics and no issue. I thought it was a Mafia Simulator NOT A DAMN RACE GAME I would have NEVER BOUGHT THIS CRAP. I am disabled, I cant do the damn race, I wish I could get a refund.

The physics are pretty good, but the cars are obviously not modern.
You also spend a lot of time driving in this game outside of the race, so why is only this part a problem?
And finally, you can lower the difficulty. Now don't say you can't beat the race on Easy if you can still play the rest of the game.
