The original game didn't have any achievements for Jimmy's Betrayal, so they couldn't be bothered to add any here.

Its actually first dlc and it was release consoles first, and that version don't have achievements either.

Yeah. First the Betrayal of Jimmy, then Jimmy's Vendetta, and finally Joe's Adventures.

Lol that final mission in Jimmy Betrayal.
I bought max weapons, went after the car... and then the intro clip from Jimmy's Vendetta started :D
Expected at least some thugs and shooting resistance.
