Good luck with the request, devs never check steam forums, unless steam is their only outlet, also, the game's dev team is gone.

If you want any chance of someone in charge seeing your suggestion, you'll need to go to perfect world entertainment's forums, find the torchlight III section, if there even is one, and then hope there's someone of import even looking to see your post, with PWE, I highly doubt there is, lol.
