Unable to gain relic energy
Like the title says, my character is not gaining relic energy. I have passives, as well as one active skill for it. Im using a sharpshooter, with the forst relic (i forget the name) and using the level 20 skill along with it. I made a new character and I immediately saw the relic energy on it, but not my main. Does anyone know how to fix it, if its even a bug or what?

In general you would not have a relic energy bar until you learn a skill that uses it. If you have such a skill and you still do not have the relic energy bar then it is probably a bug and you should report it. The best way to do it is through the nolt feedback system at https://torchlight3.nolt.io/

Yes, I forget the name of the skill, but it requires 200 energy to use, so its definitely a usable skill.

It requires 200 energy to be used on other things before you can use it. I did the same thing. As soon as I choose a different active relic skill, the relic bar showed up.
