Placing a luck sprout?

Hey guys,

Are any of you having an issue with this? I have completed everything required but the sprout is nowhere to be found?

Well here's the steps for it:
Consumable page of inventory it have a seed/sprout item in it.
If you used this the item will be moved to your Fort inventory you find it under the Arranged tab (same spot other special reward items are found).

Check all of you inventory tabs, once you receive the item I think you have to open it from your inventory which puts the item on the ground to be picked up.
