This game requires an internet connection all the time!!!

Edit: So i got to ask why so much sarcasm? the other two games were offline why is this one online? To keep out cheaters? So create a single player offline mod to let them cheat. Im sorry for thinking that making a game more accessible and making it stand out from a crowd in a "always online" environment (diablo 3, Path of exile) would help.

I do take blame for that but seeing how the last two games were playable offline seems really weird and out place to make the third game in the series online required.

The first 3 Warcraft games (and their expansions) were single-player RTS games, so I guess we should have assumed that World of Warcraft were as well?
